Woodcuts and Monoprints

I love the wood in the raw, the individual and unique nature of different wood types.  As a medium, the strength and energy of the wood conveys itself to me.
 
The monoprints are the pefect medium for my love of colour, and allow my ideas to flow freely, and in quick succession.
 
The finality of each stage of these printing processes gives me a tangible sense of movement through my ideas as they develop.
